Job Summary

The Innovation and Advanced Analytics Governance Lead is responsible for establishing and overseeing the governance framework for innovation and advanced analytics initiatives within the organization. This role ensures that all related projects are managed through a strategic value management capability, aligning with the company's strategic goals and operational requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Framework Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for innovation and advanced analytics projects, ensuring strategic and operational prioritization of key initiatives, as well as progress monitorization and validation of the value case materialization.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance and risk management are embedded at the core of the governance framework, as well as in the approved initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to set up the cadence and regularly execute the governance process, aligning with key management cycles (e.g. budgeting, strategic reviews, BoD and SLT meetings)
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and impact of the initiatives under the governance of Innovation and Advanced Analytics, as well as the effectiveness and impact of the governance process.
  • Best Practices Promotion: Advocate for and implement best practices to facilitate a successful and lean governance process.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to teams on governance policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in governance related activities
  • Consulting background or work across multiple functions, paired with a deep understanding of Technology processes as well as new technologies
  • AI & Data Science domain of work experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Influencing without authority.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Strategy Development.
  • Accountability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and trans-nationally.
  • Interactions with senior management.
  • Collaborating across boundaries.
