Job Description:

Rozšiřujeme právní tým o juniorního kolegu - právníka/právničku na RD nebo studenta /studentku či absolventy PF.

Kde: Praha, City Empiria Building, přímo u metra Pankrác

Kdy: Nástup od nebo dle dohody, DPP/DPČ, max. 18h. týdně (2-3dny v týdnu)

Co se u nás naučíte?

Budete mít příležitost rozvíjet své znalosti v různých oblastech práva (zejména obchodní smlouvy, korporátní agenda, pracovní právo, compliance, právo nemovitostí atd.) ve spolupráci s různými interními týmy zejména obchodní oddělení, nákup či HR a to vše v prostředí velké mezinárodní korporace působící v oblasti energetiky.

JAKÉ ÚKOLY VÁS ČEKAJÍ?

  • Pomoc s přípravou / revizí jednoduchých smluvních nebo vzorových dokumentů (plné moci, obchodní smlouvy, pracovněprávní dokumenty apod.)
  • Vyhledávání právních předpisů, zpracování právních rozborů dle požadavků interních klientů
  • Pomoc HR týmu s otázkami ve vztahu k zákoníku práce
  • Příprava podkladů pro zadávání a aktualizaci dat v různých databázích (např. obchodní rejstřík apod.)
  • Příprava podkladů do interních prezentací
  • Podpora právního oddělení při řešení složitějších projektů
  • Pomoc při sepisování či revizi interních předpisů
  • Pomoc s organizací interních školení na smluvní dovednosti, etický kodex apod.

Co by vám nemělo chybět?

  • Dobrá znalost českého a anglického jazyka slovem i písmem (znalost Legal English na komunikativní úrovni výhodou)
  • Proaktivní přístup
  • Schopnost pracovat samostatně dle zadání i spolupracovat v týmu
  • Odpovědnost, pečlivost, logické uvažování
  • Přirozená schopnost rychle se učit novým věcem
  • Smysl pro humor
  • Pokud jste student/-ka, v akademickém roce 2025/26 budete studovat alespoň 4. ročník právnické fakulty
  • Předchozí praxe a zkušenost v oboru je výhodou, zejména znalost pracovního práva je vítána
