About the Department:

We are looking for a hands on marketing passionate to become our Marketing Specialist who is Czech and English speaker joining our BYD team based in Prague. It is a very exciting time to join our team as we are fast pace global company in the startup phase in the Czech market. The position will play an important role in supporting the growth of Passenger Car business in the Czech market.

The Marketing Specialist will report directly to Marketing Manager and collaborate with PR team. Be responsible to support execution of all product and brand activities for BYD in Czech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: create and adapt marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and website updates. Including ad hoc translation and text localization.
• Event Coordination: support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches to engage customers and showcase new models.
• POS Material Management: manage the stock of POS (Point of Sale) materials, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials for events and campaigns, also by self-delivery of those materials.
• Digital Marketing: support to online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms), SEO efforts, and website performance to maximize reach and engagement.
• Reporting and performance analysis: track, report and present on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Collaboration: work closely and support PR team, sales teams and BYD Dealers and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
• Budget Management: assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI on campaigns.
• Monitor BYD activities as well as Dealers activities and competitors.
• Be a brand Ambassador, a solid team-player and work always with the Customer in mind.

Your profile:

• University Degree in Marketing, or commercial disciplines
• 2-3 years experience in marketing department
• Experience in Automotive industry is an advantage
• Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open minded.
• Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
