We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager – a dynamic, sharp, and results-driven, with a strong background in digital advertising and media sales.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, well-presented, and has a strong understanding of the sales cycle, negotiation tactics, and relationship management within the advertising and media ecosystem

Key Characteristics:
Experience in Digital Advertising & Media Sales – At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or retail media, with a proven ability to sell digital/media solutions to brands / top tier media agencies in the market.
Strong Negotiation & Sales Skills – A history of closing high-value deals, developing sales strategies, and successfully selling digital products to brands.
Industry Knowledge – Must understand the media ecosystem, brand advertising, and how digital media sales processes work within this industry.
High Energy & Presence – A dynamic and charismatic communicator, capable of engaging and building trust with key clients.
Business Development Mindset – A go-getter who thrives on identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Account Management Experience – Has built and maintained long-term relationships with major brands and advertisers.
Leadership Potential – The ability to scale and build a team, mentor junior colleagues, and establish a strong local market presence.
Czech Market Knowledge – Experience in the Czech advertising sector with an understanding of key players and digital media trends.
Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and P&L management, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Fluent in English (B2+) – Comfortable with international stakeholders and able to communicate effectively in a global business environment
