Náplň práce:

  • Telefonický kontakt s klienty v prodlení se splátkami
  • Hledání přiměřeného řešení klientovy situace
  • Uzavírání dohody na splátkách
  • Práce v interním systému

Požadavky:

  • Rád komunikuješ s lidmi
  • Máš proklientský přístup
  • Pochlubíš se maturitním vysvědčením bez specifikace oboru
  • Čistý trestní rejstřík
  • Zvládáš základní práce na PC
  • Předchozí zkušenost s telefonickou komunikací je výhodou, nikoliv podmínkou
  • To je vše, zbytek tě naučíme my :)
