Jsme Quantlane, proprietární tradingová firma postavená pro tradery. Naším cílem je vytvářet špičkový ekosystém, který umožní traderům naplno využít jejich potenciál. Klíčovou součástí firmy je naše vlastní tradingová platforma – software, který umožňuje obchodování jak manuálně, tak pomocí algoritmických strategií.
Development tým čítá 14 lidí, fungujeme v agilním prostředí, vyvíjíme iterativně a klademe důraz na testování. Máme specializované komunity, které se věnují různým doménám – Execution Platform, DevOps, On-call/Support, nebo třeba Trading Tooling. 
Tuto roli hledáme do naší Execution Platform komunity, kde máme tři zkušené Python vývojáře. Věnujeme se tu náročným backendovým výzvám, výkonu a optimalizaci platofmry, a také škálování a robustnosti systému.
Chceš se podílet na vývoji platformy, která má reálný dopad na úspěch našich traderů? Přidej se k nám Jak bude vypadat tvůj běžný den:
  • Vývoj backendových aplikací v Pythonu (asyncio, FastAPI, Django, RabbitMQ)
  • Údržba a implementace nových features do interní exekuční platformy
  • Výběr a integrace 3rd party řešení
  • Nasazování těchto aplikací do produkce (Kubernetes + Argo CD)
  • Komunikace s tradery a analytiky - tedy tvými interními zákazníky - o požadovaných features
  • Budeš se s ostatními členy týmu střídat v rámci supportu platformy
  • Účast na SCRUM ceremoniích - nemusíš se ale bát dlouhých schůzek, kde nevíš proč jsi. U nás jde hlavně o to jak efektivně odbavit byznysové priority a ne bezhlavě používat SCRUM.

Něco o tobě:
  • Máš zkušenost s back-end vývojem nejlépe v Pythonu, nebo nějakém z kompilovaných jazyků (C/C++/Rust)
  • Znáš best-practices v rámci SW vývoje (GIT, testování, KISS, DRY, YAGNI)
  • Zájem o high performance aplikace, ale nevadí ti ani klasické Python backendy
  • Zajímají tě i jiné aspekty práce vývojáře než psaní kódu - umíš komunikovat s kolegy a předat jim feedback, chceš si vyzkoušet řídit nějaký projekt
  • Zajímáš se o architekturu věcí, které buduješ, umíš v rámci diskusí v týmu vyjádřit svůj názor, ale zároveň jsi ochotný/á akceptovat názory ostatních
  • Umíš se zamyslet, jestli daný problém už někdo neřešil a nejdeš vymýšlet kolo
  • Máš slušnou znalost angličtiny, kterou budeš potřebovat pro komunikaci s některými tradery.
Ideálně:
  • Máš zkušenost s návrhem architektury high performing / distribuovaných systémů
  • Rust
  • Zájem o kapitálové trhy
