Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a talented Czech Speaking Solutions Consultant willing to relocate to our stunning office in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation costs for the right candidate This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer success. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that will help enhance their business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with clients to gather requirements and gain insights into their business goals.
- Design and propose customized solutions that effectively resolve client challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation of solutions and ongoing support.
- Conduct training to empower clients in the effective use of our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer informed consultations.
- Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop effective solutions based on client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- A self-driven professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
