S&C Engineering Manager

As an S&C Engineering Manager at Honeywell, in Brno, you will lead and develop Engineering team responsible for development of Honeywell's Connected Test (ConTest) products and solutions. Leverage the technical experience and skills to guide the team in the design and build of hardware and software test solutions from the initial kick-off through negotiating and ordering necessary components and materials to a final assembly and commissioning at the customer location. You will lead and motivate teams that are designing new or modifying existing products, parts and processes with focus on functionality, cost and speed. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, balance the team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for the business.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

• Influence & challenge engineering teams to effectively solve complex engineering problems. Accelerate innovation and growth while leading a team of talented experienced engineers

• Ensure robust processes

• University Degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of experience as a Team Leader/Project Leader/Supervisor/Project Manager
• Significant engineering experience, especially in engineering test services area and capital projects execution
• Proven track of leading teams to successful project delivery
• Experience with collaborative work with internal and external partners enabling teams to exceed expectations on work delivery and timelines
• Solid knowledge of specific product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple product and process technologies
