Join us as a Business Intelligence Lead at Barclays, where you'll be part of the Planning & Execution team at Barclays. This isn't just about dashboards and data pipelines — it's about enabling thousands of strategic change initiatives across the Group, ensuring portfolio leaders stay on track and senior executives have the insights they need to steer the ship.
Based in Prague and working closely with global teams, you'll lead a small but high-impact analytics team that builds and maintains the data & analytics platform supporting project and portfolio management. You'll be the go-to person when things get stuck - someone who can handle ambiguity, lead through change, and inspire others with clarity and purpose.

To be successful as a Business Intelligence Lead, you should have:
- Strong hands-on experience with BI platforms (preferably Tableau or Power BI)
- Proven leadership skills with ability to navigate ambiguity, drive strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and rally teams during periods of change
- Experience in project/portfolio analytics or supporting change/transformation programs
- Solid knowledge of data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx) and scripting in Python or SQL
- Comfortable working across business and tech, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to data quality
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Experience migrating BI platforms or data pipelines from on-prem to AWS or other cloud environments
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and portfolio management frameworks (e.g. Jira, PPM tools)
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and long-term tech strategy in a regulated environment
- Ability to balance quick wins with long-term transformation goals
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in our Prague office.
