Hledáme zkušeného Problem Managera, který bude klíčovým článkem v zajištění stability a dostupnosti našich telekomunikačních služeb. Vaším hlavním úkolem bude řízení problémů napříč síťovou infrastrukturou, identifikace hlavních příčin opakujících se incidentů a návrh trvalých nápravných opatření s cílem minimalizovat dopad na zákazníky a provoz.

Hlavní odpovědnosti:
  • Řízení životního cyklu problémů v souladu s ITIL procesy, se zaměřením na síťové a zákaznické služby.
  • Provádění hloubkové analýzy příčin (RCA) u opakujících se nebo závažných incidentů.
  • Spolupráce s týmy Network Operations, IT Operations, Network Development a dalšími.
  • Identifikace trendů v síťových výpadcích, degradaci služeb a systémových chybách.
  • Správa Known Error databáze (KEDB) a podpora znalostní báze pro technické týmy.
  • Koordinace implementace trvalých nápravných opatření s interními i externími partnery.
  • Reporting klíčových metrik a prezentace výsledků vedení společnosti.
  • Aktivní účast na zlepšování procesů a zvyšování dostupnosti služeb.
Požadavky:
  • Zkušenosti s řízením problémů v oblasti telekomunikací nebo IT.
  • Silné analytické schopnosti a schopnost práce s daty (např. logy, metriky, korelace událostí).
  • Výborné komunikační dovednosti a schopnost spolupráce napříč týmy.
  • Angličtina na pokročilé úrovni (B2/C1).
  • Praktická znalost ITIL frameworku (certifikace výhodou).
  • Zkušenosti s nástroji jako tSM, Clooney, Netcool, Zabbix apod.
Výhodou bude:
  • Zkušenosti z prostředí operátora nebo poskytovatele telekomunikačních služeb.
  • Znalost síťových technologií (např. IP/MPLS, VoIP, mobilní sítě, optické sítě).
  • Znalost procesů Incident, Change a Capacity Managementu.
  • Zkušenosti s automatizací a monitoringem síťových služeb.
