We are seeking an Account Manager with expertise in IT and software services within digital marketing to drive client growth and deliver high-quality technology solutions. Responsibilities Provides consulting in digital marketing solutions, sales of IT and software development services (web and application development) Identifies growth opportunities for existing accounts and expands collaboration efforts by acquisition of new ones. Drives the preparation of proposals, pricing and business negotiations. Responsible for business planning, forecasting revenue, and managing profitability of assigned clients. Develops and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Collaborates with internal teams (project management, creative, and technology) to efficiently plan and execute projects. Ensures projects adhere to agreed timelines, budgets, and conditions. Strives to meet sales and revenue goals through upselling and cross-selling. Delivers consistent and thorough reporting on project status and financial performance. Qualifications Fluent in English and Czech for everyday communication with clients and colleagues. At least 2 years of experience in IT contracting, account management, or sales. Experience in selling and managing technology solutions for corporate clients and understanding of software development and IT services. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Strong client service and organizational skills with a problem-solving and solution-driven mindset. Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, JIRA, Confluence, or similar work management platforms is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, or technology solutions in digital marketing is an advantage. Proactive approach, independence, eagerness to learn, and a focus on process improvement. Candidate Requirements:
