Litostroj Engineering hledá právníka/právničku, který rozumí obchodnímu právu, má smysl pro technický kontext a rád/a spolupracuje napříč odděleními. Pokud máte 2–3 roky praxe, baví vás smlouvy a zároveň chcete právně pokrývat rozmanitou agendu, tahle role je ideální kombinací odbornosti, odpovědnosti a růstu.

Co u nás budete dělat

  • Budete klíčovým partnerem při přípravě, revizi a vyjednávání obchodních smluv – od kupních a rámcových až po subdodavatelské, NDA nebo licenční.
  • Poskytnete právní oporu obchodnímu, projektovému i technickému týmu – budete u toho, když se rodí nové zakázky a nastavují spolupráce s partnery.
  • Zajistíte, aby naše projekty běžely hladce i z právního pohledu – od prvotní dohody až po finální realizaci.
  • Budete sledovat legislativní novinky a pomáhat je uvádět do praxe v prostředí strojírenství a energetiky.
  • Zapojíte se také do interních projektů a v případě potřeby budete spolupracovat s advokáty ze skupiny Wikov.

Bez čeho se u nás neobejdete

  • VŠ právnické vzdělání (magisterské studium právo a právní věda).
  • 2–3 roky praxe v obchodním právu a smluvní agendě (nezáleží, zda z advokacie nebo z firemního prostředí).
  • Praxe v technickém prostředí (strojírenství, průmysl, energetika) je velkou výhodou.
  • Schopnost porozumět technickým procesům a převést je do právního rámce.
  • Dobrá znalost české i anglické smluvní terminologie.
  • Samostatnost, spolehlivost a praktický přístup k řešení právních otázek.
