Hledáme zkušeného finančního controllera, který se připojí k našemu týmu a podpoří klíčové finanční procesy v rámci pravidelného reportingu pro lokální management a skupinu Mondi.

Tato role zahrnuje zodpovědnost za varianční analýzy a podílení se na plánovacích procesech, včetně přípravy rozpočtů a výhledů.

Vaše náplň práce:
  • Spolupráce na měsíčním reportingu pro skupinu a vedení společnosti
  • Provádění variančních analýz a identifikace klíčových vlivů na finanční výsledky
  • Podpora při měsíčních, čtvrtletních a ročních závěrkách
  • Účast na přípravě a monitorování rozpočtů a výhledů (Outlook)
  • Realizace ad-hoc analýz dle potřeb vedení
  • Partnerství s klíčovými odděleními v rámci společnosti a podpora jejich finančního výkonu
Co od Vás očekáváme:
  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání v oblasti financí, ekonomiky nebo účetnictví
  • Alespoň 3 roky praxe ve finančním controllingu nebo na obdobné pozici
  • Silné analytické dovednosti a smysl pro detail
  • Pokročilou znalost MS Excel a zkušenosti s ERP systémy (SAP výhodou)
  • Schopnost pracovat samostatně a efektivně komunikovat v rámci týmu
  • Aktivní znalost českého a anglického jazyka
