Financial Analyst & Controller

We are looking for a dedicated Financial Analyst & Controller to join our Prague-based finance team. In this role, you'll work in an international environment as part of a collaborative, friendly team that is passionate about what we do.

What the day will look like:

• Manage general ledger and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
• Handle the completion of monthly closing in accordance with US GAAP and annual financial statements in accordance with CZ GAAP
• Drive the financial close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete reporting
• Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Coordinate external audit and tax processes
• Analyze and interpret financial information to support management decision-making
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis for senior leadership
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax filings and reporting
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Report directly to CFO

Skills and experience that will leed to sucess:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting firm (audit, assurance, or advisory), ideallyin  Big4
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (CZ, US GAAP).
• Solid understanding of accounting processes, controls, and financial analysis
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English
