What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, logistics, production, IT, and leadership to gather requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
  • Contribute to pre-sales engagements and discovery workshops to articulate Dynamics 365 ERP capabilities and support solution design.
  • Coordinate between business, solution architects, and development teams to ensure alignment, smooth project delivery, and successful implementation.
  • Lead end-user enablement activities, including workshops, training sessions, presentations, documentation, and knowledge transfer, to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Support system testing, rollout, and user adoption by providing oversight, guidance, and solution validation across workstreams.
  • Advise on ERP strategy, best practices, and platform adoption to help optimize business processes and long-term Dynamics 365 implementation success.

We could be a perfect fit if you:

  • Have at least 3+ years of experience with designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and its key modules
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Proficiency in Czech and English.
