Tasks

This role involves leading and supporting SAP S/4HANA Customer Service implementations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful ERP deliveries in an international, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or business technology roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP ERP experience.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in the Customer Service module.
  • Strong understanding of SAP dependencies with other modules supporting customer service workflows.
  • Experience in global environments, working across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
