We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join this exciting journey — someone who will drive strategy, deliver impactful features, and ensure seamless adoption by internal and external users.

Responsibilities

• Lead a number of critical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to structure critical projects/software and facilitate decision making
• Contribute to the design, development and iterations on a framework and materials for project management, including but not limited to planning iterations, risk management and progress reporting
• Drive accountability by identifying, documenting and developing key performance indicators and metrics
• Take proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed expectations as well as managing expectations of cross-functional partners
• Work with various domain experts from Product Managers, Engineers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
• 2+ years of experience in managing multiple projects, preferably in a technology organization
• A technical background, preferably in Software Development, Testing or in a CI/CD context
• Experience in working in a multi-language, multi-time zone environment
• Business acumen, statistical analysis, excellent written and verbal communication skills - we're a global team and English is the most spoken language
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with Jira is a must.
• You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ.
