What You'll Do

• Lead Rohlik's productivity transformation with a focus on structural and cultural impact
• Uncover the bottlenecks. Deep-dive into departments, spot inefficient or clunky processes, and turn them into well-oiled, automated machines
• Deploy next-gen tooling. Be the first to try new productivity and AI tools—and pragmatically bring the best ones in to power up the whole company
• Simplify the stack. Audit and streamline our toolset. No more Frankenstein systems—just clean, lean, powerful platforms
• Build your own agents. Using latest agentic and automation platforms build fast and effective lightweight agents that make workflows smarter and faster
• Drive async-first culture. Enable async-first culture by introducing tooling to replace regular meetings, reviews or dashboards.
• Own internal knowledge. Champion a single source of truth by leading knowledge management practices across all platforms (Tettra, Confluence, Google Docs, Slack, etc.) and introducing enterprise search.
• Define and track productivity metrics. Provide leadership and teams with insights that link improved workflows to performance gains and resources optimization.
• Inspire, teach, and scale. Run internal bootcamps, write playbooks, share wins—and build a movement around better work

Who You Are

• A builder and doer with a relentless bias for action
• You see manual work and feel genuinely uncomfortable—because you know there's a better way
• Obsessed with trying new tools and matching them with our use cases
• Fluent in the world of AI agents, APIs, and no-code/low-code stacks
• A change agent—experienced in shifting culture, influencing cross-functional teams, and leading adoption of new workflows
• A documentation nerd who believes knowledge should be transparent, accessible, and centralized
• A natural evangelist and educator—you love getting others excited about smarter ways to work
• You've made measurable impact in past roles—ideally in fast-paced, tech-first environments
