As Automation Taskforce Lead you will be part of our Global Projects Operations Team. Your mission will be to build and drive a rapid-response team of automation experts, supporting the most demanding and high-impact projects across the globe.Your missionBuild and coordinate a skilled team of network and engineers with expertise in PLC programming, robotics, vision systems, and mechatronics.Rapidly deploy support to global automation projects, solving technical challenges with speed, precision, and professionalism.Lead from the front, planning, executing, and resolving issues while maintaining customer trust and safety.Foster collaboration across Automation Innovation Centers, Excellence Centers, and Customer Centers.Contribute to the development of colleagues through internal training and knowledge sharing, strengthening our global automation capabilities.Ensure safety and compliance in all project environments.To succeed, you will needProven track records in managing and motivating technical teams.Background in high-volume production environments, ideally automotive.Experience working in international, connecting different cultures.Proven work experience in fields such as mechatronics, robotics, software industrial plc and control engineering or related.Strong knowledge of industrial control systems ideally in the automotive environmentDeep understanding of industrial control systems and automation technologies.Fluent in English.Curious and solution-oriented, resilient under pressure.Agile mindset with a passion for innovation.Strong communicator and collaborator.Location & TravelBase location: Brno, Czech Republic (flexible depending on candidate)Global travel: >70%In return, we offer5 weeks of vacation and flexibility in planning your time off.Sports benefits of €120 per quarter (MultiSport card optional) and meal vouchers.Language courses (English) and regular training and development activities.Plenty of opportunities to grow and develop within the company.Company laptop, mobile phone, and a company car also for personal use.Contact informationTalent Acquisition Team: Klaudie VrbskáE-mail: Ready to Lead the Change?If you're excited by complexity, driven by purpose, and ready to shape the future of automotive manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
