Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join our great Legal & Compliance team responsible for: the effective and efficient execution of the internal audit function. Specifically, for establishing and executing the company's internal audit function, with an initial focus on Regulatory Compliance audits. This role will ensure compliance with AML, cybersecurity (NIS2), and other regulatory requirements, while also identifying potential risks and efficiency improvements

What You'll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Develop the Internal Audit Charter, defining audit scope, methodology, and governance
• Set up audit planning, risk assessment, and reporting frameworks.
• Perform independent AML audits (mandatory in two jurisdictions). Present audit results to Senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Conduct Cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with NIS2 and other IT security regulations.
• Review and assess key regulatory processes (e.g., KYC, transaction monitoring, responsible gambling).
• Identify gaps, provide recommendations, and track remediation actions. Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and risk mitigation plans.
• Execute thematic audits focused on high-risk areas (e.g., fraud prevention, payment security, whistleblowing).
• Support forensic investigations initiated by management or triggered by compliance incidents.

What We're Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the internal audit function
• Fluent knowledge of English, both written and oral (at least C1).  The Czech or Slovak language is a plus
• Experience with AML / CFT
• Experience with NIS2, IT Security
• Experience in the betting/gaming industry
• Audit certifications (CIA, CISA, CAMS, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain
