To lead and shape the People Analytics strategy, delivering predictiveinsights and standardized analytics solutions that drive strategicdecision -making across the organization. This role combines technicalexpertise, consulting acumen, and data storytelling to influence seniorleadership and optimize workforce -related decisions. Strategy Development & Execution • Co -develop and continuously refine the PeopleAnalytics strategy in alignment with business and P&O priorities. • Recommend and shape the analytics toolslandscape, ensuring fit -for -purpose solutions. Advanced Analytics & Predictive Insights • Apply statistical and machine learningtechniques to forecast workforce trends (e.g., attrition, engagement, talentflow). • Ensure data integrity and resolveinconsistencies using domain expertise in HR data. Standardization & Visualization • Drive the standardization of analytics views,dashboards, and reporting frameworks across the organization. • Develop compelling visualizations and dashboardsusing tools like Power BI, or similar. Consulting & Storytelling • Translate complex data into actionable insightsand strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. • Present findings in a consulting -style formattailored to executive audiences. Project & Stakeholder Management • Lead cross -functional analytics projects fromideation to delivery. • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders toembed analytics into core processes. Key Performance Indicators (Indicate howperformance will be measured: indicators, activities) • Delivery of predictive models with measurableimpact on workforce decisions. • Adoption rate of standardized dashboards andanalytics tools. • Stakeholder satisfaction scores from seniorleadership and cross -functional partners. • Number and quality of strategic insightspresented to executive forums. • Timeliness and accuracy of analytics projectdelivery. Ideal Background/Requirements (State the minimumand desirable education and experience level; any othersoft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements) RequirementsEducation • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) inData Science, Statistics, Psychology, Economics, Decision Science, or a relatedfield. Experience • Minimum 3 years in People Analytics or HR DataScience roles. • Proven experience in shaping analytics strategyand delivering predictive insights. • Strong track record in stakeholder engagement atsenior leadership level. • Experience with tools such as Workday, Power BI,Excel, Python. • Intercultural and cross -functional collaborationexperience. Languages • Excellent oral & written communication inEnglish Competencies/Technical/Functional Skills • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align analyticsinitiatives with organizational goals. • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in statisticalmodeling, machine learning, and data integration. • Data Storytelling: Skilled in translating datainto compelling narratives and visual formats. • Consulting Mindset: Strong interpersonal andinfluencing skills; able to lead without authority. • Project Leadership: Capable of managing complexanalytics projects across functions. • Tool Fluency: Deep understanding of analyticsplatforms and ability to recommend fit -for -purpose solutions. • Business Acumen: Ability to contextualize datawithin broader organizational and market dynamics.
