We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cognigy AI Consultant/Developer to join a project team of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a live project for a prominent client in the insurance sector.

This role is primarily technical, focusing on the development and implementation of Cognigy AI solutions. You'll be instrumental in both supporting existing functionalities and developing new implementations for our client's external-facing applications.

Location: Czech Republic is preferred, but near-shore candidates within the EU are welcome to apply.

Start Date: July 2025

Engagement Length: Initial engagement through the end of 2025, with potential for extension.
  • Develop and implement solutions primarily using Cognigy AI.
  • Work on both frontend and backend aspects of the application, including connectivity and infrastructure tasks.
  • Support and enhance existing Cognigy functionalities for the client.
  • Collaborate within a project team of at least 6 people.
  • Focus on delivering technical solutions mainly for external-facing applications.


Requirements Must have skills:
  • Proven experience with Cognigy AI is essential.
  • Strong technical background in development.
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • German language skills are a significant benefit.
Desired Skills (but not mandatory):
  • Experience with LLM, agent platforms, and integrations (e.g., MCP setup) in a DevOps context is a plus, but direct Cognigy AI experience is paramount.
