Join our client's team as an Air Travel Consultant, assisting Lufthansa Group passengers with reservations, ticketing, baggage, and loyalty program inquiries. Lufthansa InTouch is the customer service hub of the Lufthansa Group. With offices in 8 countries worldwide, their teams support passengers with reservations, inquiries, and service solutions across Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, and Discover Airlines. Their Brno center has been supporting customers since 2005 and is home to a vibrant, international team speaking more than 10 languages.
What will you do?
Handle inbound calls and emails from passengers in German and English
Provide information on flights, services, and the Lufthansa Group website
Assist with reservations, ticket changes, and baggage-related queries
Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
Collaborate with your team to meet service and performance targets
Candidate profile
Fluency in German and good command of English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (07:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday)
Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic

Starting salary from 45,800 CZK/month gross with bonuses and premiums
