Do mezinárodního týmu hledáme AI/OPS Engineera, který navrhne a nasadí AI řešení (zejména LLM modely) do oblasti IT operations. Budeš ladit modely, stavět workflow, učit kolegy používat AI nástroje – a to vše v prostředí velké globální organizace. Remote režim, svoboda, prostor pro inovace a technologie, které nejsou jen buzzword.

Co tě čeká
  • Navrhneš a nasadíš AI nástroje pro konkrétní IT operations scénáře
  • Budeš optimalizovat open-source LLM modely pro interní potřeby – od instalace po fine-tuning
  • Postavíš end-to-end pipeline pro trénování, vyhodnocování a nasazení modelů
  • Budeš monitorovat výkon modelů a průběžně je zlepšovat
  • Zapojíš se i do interního školení – budeš pomáhat ostatním týmům pochopit a využít AI nástroje

Tým a spolupráce: Pracovat budeš v mezinárodním týmu v rámci velké technologické platformy, která zajišťuje IT provozní služby pro desítky entit napříč Evropou. Angličtina je každodenní komunikační jazyk. Remote spolupráce je samozřejmostí.

Jak fungujeme: Full remote režim. Preferujeme kandidáty z ČR. Očekáváme vlastní zodpovědnost, chuť věci posouvat a umět si říct, co potřebuješ.

Odborná zkušenost

Co bys měl umět:

  • Zkušenost s vývojem workflow v TypeScriptu (Mastra AI nebo podobné frameworky výhodou)
  • Pokročilá znalost ML algoritmů a deep learning frameworků
  • Praxe s open-source LLM modely – instalace, konfigurace, fine-tuning a nasazení
  • Znalost ML knihoven (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face...)
  • Schopnost školit interní týmy a komunikovat napříč odděleními

Výhodou:

  • Zkušenost s multimodálními modely (text + obraz + audio)
  • Příspěvky do open-source AI/ML projektů
  • Znalost AI etiky a data privacy témat
