Senior Gen AI Engineer

As a Senior Python Engineer specializing in AI, you will hold a crucial position within our dynamic team, actively contributing to thrilling projects that reshape data analytics for our clients, providing them with a competitive advantage in their respective industries.We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI agents for various business applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in prompt engineering, deploying AI/LLM-based solutions, and orchestrating multiple AI agents to work collaboratively.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to identify Gen AI opportunities and develop innovative Python based solutions.
• Understanding the business requirement to implement, integrate and deploy Generative AI product & features into production environments.
• Fine-tune and deploy generative AI models for tasks like text, image, or audio generation.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product managers.
• Integrate generative models into scalable applications and ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with advancements in generative AI and implement best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with Gen AI research and technologies and apply them to improve our platform.
• Deployment: Deploy AI agents into production environments, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Agent Chaining: Architect and implement solutions that enable multiple AI agents to collaborate and solve complex tasks.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts to maximize performance and accuracy of language models.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Python engineers and team members.
• Advocating for AI adoption inside the team and inspiring, supporting others.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLM models, LLM fine tuning, RAG.
• Ability to work with different LLM models and choose one over another based on a use case
• Minimum 4+ years of total experience and 1+ years working with Gen AI applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, building APIs
• Experience with LLM based application development using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Exposure to Agentic AI development, related frameworks and libraries
• Knowledge of self attention mechanism, transformer based models, quantization, workflow & Agents
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering
• Experience with using AI services on any cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of data privacy, AI Ethics, Responsible AI, and model governance

• Understanding of Software Engineering frameworks and methodologies.
• Good to have experience with ML Models.
