We are hiring for a Customer Service&Logistics Trainee for Hill’s in our Central Europe East and Middle East (CEEME) region.

Hill’s Pet Nutrition, founded by a veterinarian, has been a leader in therapeutic pet nutrition for over 75 years. We are growing double-digit globally and in CEEME, helping dogs and cats have better and longer lives. Our growth is established by building strong relationships with professionals, partners and clients. To fuel this growth, we are expanding rapidly in the CEEME (Central and Eastern Europe & Middle East) region. You will work with 24 markets across 3 continents

Job Purpose

Full time role to join the CS&L team focussing on reporting/data processing and supporting the Team on several tasks in portfolio management, demand planning and new CS&L projects. The right data visibility is the key for CS&L Team to improve processes and Demand Planning accuracy.

Key performance criteria will include: reporting on time/in full, projects done on time/in full, new processes roll out.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reporting - volume reports update, Best before date of our products( BBD) daily checks, ad hoc reports

  • Portfolio management support

  • Demand planning support

  • Projects/new processes

  • Slow moving SKUs (SLOB) coordination
