We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Software Test Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Frontend Software Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify, and document defects, and provide valuable feedback to improve our software development processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our dynamic and innovative team.

Are you the teammate we are looking for?

What you will do:

· Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for frontend applications.

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications.

· Collaborate with software engineers to identify test requirements and test scenarios.

· Identify, implement, and execute test suites ranging from automated, smoke, regression, load, performance.

· Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing features.

· Document and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

· Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software development processes.

. Prioritize developing the culture of quality driven development and be the evangelist of best testing practices for frontend applications.

What you will bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on frontend testing.

· Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular framework: React.

· Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright – preferred, Cypress.

· Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Enthusiastic about developing the best software available and providing the ultimate customer experience.

· An advocate for continuous improvement of our software development process

· Interested in staying current by applying new technologies.

· Able to work in a collaborative environment with a willingness to share your ideas.

· Able to work independently on modules and complete tasks with high quality and contribute to high velocity, but unafraid to seek out suggestions from other team members.

· Excited to work on cutting-edge technology

Nice to have:

· Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

· Knowledge of backend testing techniques and tools.

· ISTQB or similar software testing certification.
