Popis Pracovní Pozice
In this role, you will:
  • Architect the Future: Lead the design and implementation of robust frameworks that empower the QA MIC team's activities.
  • Become a Testing Guru: Craft independent QA MIC tests that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure, extending its capabilities.
  • Unify Testing Efforts: Design and maintain a unified test framework specifically for QA MIC activities, ensuring efficient testing of production libraries.
  • Build a Modular Modeling Foundation: Design and maintain a modular framework for QA MIC modeling, focusing on meta-models.
  • Automate Away Tedium: Develop tools and automation to streamline manual, time-consuming tasks, boosting team efficiency.
  • Champion Coding Best Practices: Establish and enforce strong programming methodologies, promoting clean, well-documented code.
  • Empower Your Team: Train and support your colleagues, sharing your expertise in coding practices, documentation, and testing.

Požadujeme
We're looking for someone with:
  • Python Powerhouse: Solid Python skills encompassing architecture, abstraction, OOP, databases, containers, scientific computing, interfaces, and more.
  • Architectural Acumen: Experience in designing and implementing robust frameworks – you'll be the architect of our QA MIC framework landscape.
  • Leadership Potential: A passion for leading the development process and ensuring code maintainability is a plus.
  • Scalability Visionary: The ability to design frameworks with scalability and long-term efficiency in mind is highly valued.
  • Version Control & DevOps Savvy: Familiarity with Git/CI/DevOps development and deployment patterns is a must.
  • Quantitative Finance Enthusiast: A desire to work in quantitative finance and leverage your programming skills for framework development and process automation.


Bonus Points for:
  • Basic understanding of mathematical finance (e.g. Black-Scholes, Hull-White).
  • Grasp of numerical computation (optimization, Monte-Carlo, integration).
  • Familiarity with C#, C++, VBA, or Excel.
