Smysluplná práce od prvního dne

  • Budete mít zodpovědnost nad každým aspektem obchodu v přiděleném regionu, což zahrnuje sledování trhu, distribuce, zákazníků, konkurence a potenciální příležitosti.
  • Budete hodnocení za dosahování stanovených cílů, jako je růst prodeje, rozšíření distribuce, budování povědomí našich značek a jejich visibility ve vašem regionu.
  • Budete také aktivně plánovat a analyzovat efektivnich propagačních aktivit.
  • V rámci své role budete pravidelně navštěvovat vaše zákazníky, podle stanoveného plánu, abyste jim poskytovali nejlepší služby a podporu.
  • Budete budovat a udržovat vynikajících vztahy se zákazníky na všech úrovních v rámci obchodního prostředí, jakož i v úzké spolupráci s kolegy z Key Account managementu.
  • Důležité v této pozici bude hledat nové příležitosti pro distribuci a aktivaci našich značek, mimo stávající databázi.
  • Budete zodpovědní za optimální skladové zásoby u všech zákazníků.
  • Budete aktivně sledovat naši konkurenci, abyste nám pomohli zůstat v čele.
  • Povedete školení o značkách pro obchodní partnery spolu s naším Brand Ambassadorem.
  • Budete úzce spolupracovat s Area Sales Managerem při vyjednávání smluv. Budete také zodpovědní za udržování aktivních smluv a reportovat v jakém stavu smlouvy jsou.
  • Budete zodpovědní za správu údajů o zákaznících a jejich aktivitách v našem interním CRM systému.
  • Čeká vás práce na vylepšení naší databáze prodejen, abychom mohli našim značkám zajistit silnou přítomnost v těch nejlepších a nejvlivnějších prodejnách v regionu.

Co čekáme, že k nám přinesete:

  • Vzdělání: Středoškolské vzdělání s maturitou/střední škola; vysoká škola/univerzita (bakalářské nebo ekvivalentní vzdělání);
  • Zkušenosti: 2 - 3 roky
  • Alespoň 1 rok zkušeností s prodejem na trhu
  • Základní znalost IT (aplikace MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Řidičský průkaz
