Reed is currently looking for a Polish speaking candidate with experience communicating on B2B level for one of our clients to join there procurement team. In this role, you will act a one of the point of contact between your clients and their suppliers. You will build a relationship with your clients (project based) and manage the end-to-end process from purchase request to purchase order and payment, in parallel, amongst other tasks. You must be process driven and also well organised to be good on this role.

Responsibilities:
- Providing Client advice on the procurement process (from product/service need identification to supplier payment)
- Building a strong relationship with clients thru various channels
- Manage and maintain supplier records.
- Processing spot buys.
- Managing P2P process: from purchase request to purchase order and payment
- Manage catalogue and content of the catalogue
- Administrating suppliers' contract.
Qualification Requirements:
- Any experience in procurement or in order management.
- Be able to communicate with stakeholders
- Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, other)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Fluency in English and Polish
