ORAL CARE CONSULTANT

Koho hledáme:

Posilu profesionálního týmu na pozici Oral Care Consultant, jehož hlavní náplní práce je:

navazovat a budovat partnerský vztah mezi společností Colgate a stomatology či ostatními profesionály v oblasti stomatologie ve svém svěřeném regionu aktivní zapojení do všech ostatních aktivit směřovaných na odborníky ve stomatologii, včetně např. studentů škol na dentální hygienu (edukace, prezentace, podpora našich značek na kongresech) hlavním posláním je budování doporučování a podpora prodeje v souladu s business cíli a prioritami společnosti

Co Tě na pozici čeká:

budování a průběžná aktualizace portfolia tvých business partnerů v souladu s prioritami (včetně práce v CRM systému) zahrnutí nově vzniklých zubních ordinací do svého klientského portfolia efektivní plánování dne - tzn. osobních schůzek v ordinacích v rámci svého regionu 45 osobních schůzek týdně s odborníky přímo v ordinacích s cílem komunikovat jim klíčové informace v souladu s prioritami a očekáváními společnosti. K tomu budeš mít k dispozici materiály, které ti v práci pomohou. vedle toho budeš organizovat pro své partnery dílčí vzdělávací akce (minisemináře) v rámci jejich pracoviště součástí práce je i účast a profesionální prezentace firmy na odborných akcích (kongresy atp.) nebo edukace na školách pro studenty v oboru stomatologie pravidelné vzdělávání v oboru, ať už v oblasti produktových znalostí nebo účast na pravidelných povinných firemních školeních základní administrativa spojena s pozicí (spravování CRM databáze, zpětná vazba od profesionálů atd.)

Co od Tebe očekáváme:

ideálně VŠ vzdělání přírodovědeckého či ekonomického směru nebo v oboru stomatologie/dentální hygieny, minimálně SŠ vzdělání vyvážené pracovními zkušenostmi min. 1-2 roky zkušeností v pozici obchodního reprezentanta v terénu, ideálně v oblasti stomatologie, farmaceutického průmyslu, případně rychloobrátkového zboží komunikativní, reprezentativní osobnost týmového ducha, zodpovědný přístup a "radost z práce" zkušenost z oblasti "oral care" a komunikativní angličtina budou Tvojí výhodou
