Invoice to cash credit controller with english

Location: Prague

Contract: full time, permanent

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Lead and coordinate regular customer and market meetings with a focus on Key/Strategic Accounts (across Private and Distributors)
  • Develop a detailed understanding of key customers process and systems
  • Representing Global Services (GS) and being key interface between GS Regional I2C team, customer services and commercial teams in the local market
  • Maintain a regular relationship with all internal stakeholders:

o Customer Services (focus on timely/efficient query and dispute resolution)

o Pricing

o Business Unit/Franchise Controllers

o Commercial/Key Accounts/Sales

  • Ability to work independently and end-to-end on the assigned customer accounts. Managing credit exposure and taking credit (order release decisions)
  • Develop and enhance Prague-based Global Services (GS) I2C team's knowledge of local market and provide cover of duties and responsibilities in times of absence
  • Review performance against cash targets in conjunction with Cash Collections & Credit Manager providing commentary on exceptions
  • Ensure accurate information supporting the quarterly bad debt provisions review and submit write off requests for authorization in line with approval matrixes
  • Active dispute management co-ordination. Resolution of aged disputes in co-operation with Customer Services, Pricing and Cash Collection Teams.
  • Play a leading role to enable faster and leaner decision-making process when it comes to credit notes request (getting timely approval from the Business Units where appropriate)
  • Anticipate any business changes and work with GS teams to reflect those timely in order to minimize any impact on performance (e.g. Market dynamics, healthcare system changes, VAT )
  • Ability to work cross Franchise, Cross Private / Distributors / Wholesalers and Buying Groups
  • Adhere to relevant processes for Compliance, SOX and Audit requirements. Being introduced to corporate policies and procedures relating to AR, collections, credit exposure, bad debt and other policies and procedures related to this area

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • 5 years credit/collection management experience. Preference in the local market and healthcare industry
  • Strong leadership skills for leading customer meetings with focus on the Key Accounts (special customers)
  • Fluent in English language, proficiency in Czech is nice to have
  • Effective communicator, with experience in presenting to and influencing senior management
  • Proven track record in problem solving and strong negotiation skills
  • Share important and useful information, stay focused on the issues
  • Anticipate and manage competing and changing priorities
  • Strong team player with the ability to develop strong relationships with business partners
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley act and relevant controls required.
  • Computer literate: Excel, ERP/FSCM (SAP) & CRM ) knowledge would be an added value.
