    • Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and leverage experts to optimize campaigns.

Your Background:

  • Marketing Experience:
    • 5-7+ years of marketing experience across multiple roles, including marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing planning, and tactic execution.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing required, MBA preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of audience and experience planning.
    • Understanding of reputation, demand generation, customer engagement, and enablement programs.
    • Experience working across multiple business units.
    • Experience directing the work of a shared services team.
    • Strong analytical ability and demonstrated proficiency in managing the analytical work of others.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with other executives, functional leaders, and executives in a complex, global business environment.
    • Continuous improvement attitude: ability to develop and implement best practices.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Forrester/SiriusDecisions B2B marketing best practices, campaign, and messaging frameworks a plus.
