It's an exciting time at SAP Concur as we are fully moving into AWS, are re-architecting our existing applications, and are re-writing much of the core Expense & Invoice Solutions. You will play a leadership role as we transform the way people manage their business expenses and see cost savings for their company.

About the team

The SAP Concur Spend team delivers the market leading SaaS Expense and Invoice management solution designed so that organizations can easily capture and process Business Spend including Employee Expense Reports and Vendor invoices while enforcing spending policies, and making better business decisions based on timely, accurate data.

This individual will be a key member of the Spend Product Management team driving the initiative to provide an easily adoptable, user-friendly solution for the Concur Mobile application.

What you ́ll do

• Develops and drives the product vision, the road map, and the corresponding usage plan.
• Ensures the delivery of high-quality specifications according to customer and user requirements, with the goal of creating a competitive advantage for SAP.
• Works in close collaboration with other teams, such as release management, production, and governance.
• Coordinates the gathering and integration of feedback from different stakeholders, especially from customers and Solution Management.
• Ensures the maintenance of the product up until a potential handover.
• Makes a contribution towards efficiency and process improvement.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering related field required or MBA from a top-tier program preferred
• Ideally a bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering
• 2+ years of experience as a Product/Program Manager
  • Understanding of software platform issues, and mobile applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and varying stakeholder networks.
  • Track record of successfully delivering product features against aggressive deadlines
  • Experience with prioritizing and executing on a product plan, including getting alignment with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with acute business insight.
• Curiosity and ability to recommend the solution to a business problem using different products and technologies.
• Deep customer empathy and a strong desire to deliver solutions that exceed customer needs.
• Comfort and understanding of how software should be implemented, deployed and tested in services environments.
• Effective communication skills, focusing on presentation of technical and business information.
• Passion for solving business process challenges using elegant user-focused solutions.
