The role

We're looking for the role of Administrative Sales Support - Operation Manager for Microsoft, one of the most important and key positions within our structure and business. If you have previous experience with MS licensing, or you ́re naturally supportive and thorough then you might be a perfect fit for us

What will be your workload:

  • Manages quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests in our internal Delivery CRM system,
  • Within this position you will be a partner of our Account Managers (BDM) with the responsibility for the delivery of purchases,
  • Experience and knowledge of Navision (CRM) – is an advantage,
  • Our Administrative Sales Support Specialists are also responsible for the establishment of trust relationships with customers and prospects and understand their objectives,
  • Daily communication in English with our Headquarters and suppliers,
  • Prepares cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services,
  • Excel is your good friend, you have basic user knowledge and you are not afraid of using Excel daily.

What we need to see from you

  • We highly appreciate your previous experience within a similar position and your ability to sell and manage customer,
  • We'd be more than happy if you have a basic knowledge of the MS licensing process in general – it's not a must,
  • You should be able to work independently and multi-task while managing multiple customer opportunities at a time,
  • What are the key skills for this role? – thoroughness – reliability – detail-orientation – result-oriented – ability to decide by yourself,
  • Ability to switch to English, meaning good written and verbal skills (B2), native Czech/Slovak language,
  • Willingness to learn and develop personal licensing knowledge.
