Sales Performance Manager

Are you a motivated and analytical professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for sales and a desire to drive business growth? We're seeking a talented Sales Controller to join our dynamic team at Nestlé Bratislava.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales managers and business controllers to drive business performance and growth
- Develop and manage trade budgets to optimize sales investments
- Prepare and present bottom-up forecasts as part of our monthly business planning cycle
- Identify and challenge risks and opportunities across the sales department
- Ensure accurate and timely cost allocation and postings
- Comply with internal and external policies and guidelines
- Calculate sales bonuses
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts and elementary finance skills
- Knowledge of accounting and costing related to sales functions
- At least 1-2 years of controlling or finance experience
- Upper intermediate English language skills (B2)
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
