**Programme Manager - EU Vendor Returns**
A Programme Manager is required to lead projects and initiatives that drive operational performance in reverse space in Amazon EU, analysing returns processes and managing KPIs to control operational performance.
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations, working closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work and what you and your teams can learn.
You will encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways we could do things better, driving standardization, monitoring and steering delivery against KPIs.
The role will be based in Prague and will include at least 20% of business travel, mostly across EU, working in a complex environment where operations, tech and customer experience meet.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyse returns processes and lead projects to improve operational performance in reverse space in Amazon EU.
- Manage KPIs to control operational performance and drive standardization.
- Lead complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Use data and anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Work with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Relevant experience leading cross-functional programmes or projects using project-management methodologies.
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Relevant experience leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment.
