The HR Services center of excellence provides operational and support services for Microsoft HR programs. The HR Services Advisor plays a key role in ensuring data quality, enablement of downstream applications, and maintaining a compliant HR services organization.

Responsibilities include acting as a main Subject Matter Expert (SME) within HR Shared Service processes, ensuring quality data entry, working in a highly data sensitive environment, and recommending solutions to process failings. The role also involves independently responding to complex internal and/or external partner issues, providing customer support, and participating in implementation of new business policies and processes. Additionally, the HR Services Advisor will maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content and strive to gain customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, or related field, and work or internship experience in HR operations, HR, or related field. Preferred qualifications include experience in ERP (SAP), help desk tool, and SharePoint, as well as experience working in a customer support environment and multi-segment HR department.
