Must-haves:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a Scrum or Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve team or project issues effectively.
  • Passionate for coding, yet treating it as a tool to solve problems.
  • Ability to facilitate effective and constructive feedback and 1:1 discussions.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Back-end Python developer (with Django REST framework) or a Native Mobile Developer (Android - Kotlin / iOS - Swift).
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Willingness to work from our Warsaw office at least twice a month and flexibility to work in the office more often if needed.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services setup with MySQL, Docker, and Microservices.
  • Experience with writing mobile apps or consuming data from mobile apps.
  • Experience with writing digital health applications.
  • Proficiency in modern app architectures.
  • Experience with security in mobile applications (ex. OWASP Mobile Top 10).

As a Development Team Lead, you will work closely with your cross-platform scrum team across native Android, iOS, and Backend development.
