- Silna motywacja do osiągania strategicznych celów firmy
- Wysoka kultura osobista oraz bardzo dobre umiejętności organizacyjne
- Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne, negocjacyjne, komunikacyjne i interpersonalne

- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
