Twoje zadania

  • Prowadzenie analiz wymagań biznesowych w ścisłej współpracy z klientami oraz zespołem developerskim.
  • Tworzenie szczegółowej dokumentacji projektowej, w tym specyfikacji funkcjonalnych, opisów procesów oraz diagramów UML/BPMN.
  • Przygotowywanie makiet i prototypów interfejsów użytkownika (preferujemy Figmę).
  • Mapowanie i optymalizacja procesów biznesowych w celu zwiększenia efektywności operacyjnej naszych klientów.
  • Wspieranie zespołu developerskiego poprzez precyzyjne przekazywanie wymagań oraz aktywny udział w spotkaniach.

Nasze oczekiwania

  • Doświadczenie:
    • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku analityka biznesowego, produktowego lub pokrewnym.
    • Umiejętność zbierania wymagań i przekładania ich na specyfikacje techniczne.
    • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i implementacji systemów klasy ERP/WMS/pokrewnych dla klientów enterprise'owych
    • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami do zarządzania dokumentacją i projektami (np. Confluence, Jira).
  • Kompetencje techniczne:
    • Znajomość narzędzi do prototypowania i wizualizacji procesów (np. Figma).
    • Podstawowa znajomość systemów opartych na architekturze mikroserwisowej oraz API będzie dużym atutem.
  • Kompetencje miękkie:
    • Umiejętność komunikacji z różnymi interesariuszami – od klientów po zespół techniczny.
    • Zdolność do analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów.
    • Proaktywność i nastawienie na dostarczanie wartości klientowi.
  • Języki obce:
    • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę z dokumentacją i klientami zagranicznymi.

Mile widziane

  • Znajomość specyfiki sektora medycznego lub doświadczenie w pracy z klientami z branży ochrony zdrowia.
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu mechanizmów AI (RAG, assistants, ML)
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów z użyciem metodyk zwinnych (Agile, Scrum).
