We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator/IT Operations Specialist to join our Internal Client Experience team within the IT organization for the Europe region. This is a 12-month fixed-term position, perfect for someone eager to expand their skills in Microsoft systems administration within a complex, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as one of primary internal contacts for the Internal Client Experience team, working closely with senior engineers, and IT staff to resolve technical issues and implement best practices.
- Perform administrative duties related to user, device and system lifecycles within established IT processes.
- Provide operational support to various IT functional teams, especially during project crunch times.
- Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials for end-users and IT staff, by writing, contributing, or requesting specific documents from subject matter experts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft and related technologies, as well as identify key recurring issues as reported by first line support teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in scripting languages (preferably PowerShell) and experience with IT Service Management or ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Solarwinds) and workflow/project management tools is an asset.
