Qualifications:

NOC Experience: 5+ years in a NOC/network operations environment, and at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Networking Expertise: Skilled in routing, switching, VLAN, NAT, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, DNS, and proxies.

Linux and Virtualization: Proficient in Linux administration, virtualization platforms (Proxmox VE, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Docker), and LXC containers.

Backup Systems: Experience with Proxmox Backup Server, data recovery, and business continuity planning.

Monitoring and Security: Hands-on with IDS (Snort, Suricata), SIEM systems (e.g., Wazuh), Elasticsearch, and proactive monitoring tools.

Automation Tools: Proficient in configuration management tools for automating server setups.

Language Proficiency: Able to read and interpret technical documentation in English. Able to communicate freely in Ukrainian or Russian.


Skills:

Communication: Clear reporting, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder communication.

Problem-Solving: Expertise in root cause analysis, prioritization, and decision-making under pressure.

Soft Skills: Adaptability, time management, and conflict resolution.


Nice to have:

Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP).

CompTIA Network+ certification.

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification for IT service management.

Certified NOC Technician or other relevant industry certifications.

We are a product IT company MR Lab. We are developing systems to monitor mining farms. Working directly with international clients.
We are looking for a Tech Lead Network Administrator to join our team.
The NOC team manages the design and implementation of new systems and is the escalation point for complex technical problems.


You can work fully remotely.
Business trips to the UAE are foreseen.

Team composition: 5 System Administrators, PM.
