HR&Recruitment Specialist @ Software Mansion

This position is for you if you:
- have some experience in the HR field – experience working internally and handling diverse tasks is ideal, but if you’re a recruiter looking to develop your skills in general HR, that’s also welcome,
- are interested in the IT industry – we expect you to already have some familiarity with this field,
- want to work with an in-house recruitment team – it’s important to understand that our goal is to find the right match for our company, not just to meet KPIs,
- have a good command of English (to verify language skills during interviews, contact foreign candidates, or create advertisements) and Polish (for daily communication with our teams),
- are independent and well-organized – you can count on our help, but we expect you to be able to organize your own work,
- can learn new things quite quickly and are eager to do it,
- can communicate in a clear, direct, and effective way,
- have an eye for detail – you will be responsible for writing messages to our candidates and employees, and the best quality of them is important to us.
Due to our stable and consistent growth, along with an increasing scope of HR responsibilities, we are currently seeking an additional Specialist to join our internal HR team.
Our Team is both focused on recruitment and internal HR tasks, so you can further develop your skills and gain experience in both of these areas.
What would you be responsible for?At first, we will try our best to introduce you well to just one or two aspects of the job – this could involve recruitment or internal HR tasks, depending on our current needs, as well as your experience and preferences.
After the onboarding period, we will try to further present you with other aspects of our work. We work as a team, and because each of us has different strengths, we try to organize our work and distribute the current tasks in the most suitable and effective way for us.
Having this in mind, there are some tasks that you may be responsible for when it comes to recruitment:
- handling the entire recruitment process, ensuring candidates receive timely updates at every stage,
- making offers to selected candidates, including presenting details, negotiating, and handling some formal onboarding tasks related to hiring along with our administrative team,
- sourcing (though this is a smaller part of our work),
- writing and posting job offers,
- analyzing data connected with recruitment,
- analyzing our recruitment needs and processes (and improving them when needed).
Talking about internal HR tasks, you can be engaged in:
- onboarding new employees,
- evaluating employees’ performance and preparing notes about it, making sure that our employees are fairly evaluated and receive feedback about their work,
- carrying out some offboarding tasks,
- participating in employer branding initiatives, such as collaborating with top universities or organizing events,
- being the first point of contact for HR-related matters for all employees (e.g., salaries, training budget, contract changes),
- preparing reports and analyzing HR data,
- coordinating some internal company processes,
- collaborating closely with board members, project managers, technical leaders, as well as administrative and marketing teams.
As you can see, there are a lot of tasks, but don’t worry – we try to distribute this work fairly among our team members. We like our work diverse, but if you prefer to become an expert in just a particular area, we are open to talk about it
Terms of Cooperation- Generally we work in a hybrid model. However, in this position it is important to us that you can work mainly from our office at Zabłocie 43 in Cracow and get to know our employees well, especially at the beginning of our cooperation – we expect you to work from our office 3-4 days per week for the first few months.

- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
Right now, we are a team of over 300 and still counting. Among us, there are engineers, designers and QAs, as well as project managers, administration, marketing and HR teams who just enjoy working together in our office in the Zabłocie district in Cracow.
