IT Talent Sourcer

We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Sourcer to join our in-house recruitment team at Infogain Technologies Sp. z o.o. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the IT market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing top IT talents, utilizing various tools and platforms to identify and attract high-quality candidates. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of potential candidates, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and utilizing your expertise to find the best fit for our company.

• This role involves partnering with IT Recruiters to discover and agree on delivery expectations and sourcing strategies, as well as generating a candidate pipeline through direct sourcing and research.
• You will utilize recruitment sourcing tools and social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, and various networking sites.
• Your responsibilities will also include handling verification and selection of applications, job advertising with close cooperation with Employer Branding and Marketing specialists, and contributing to recruitment processes tracking and analysis.

• Strong knowledge of the IT market and its trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Boolean search, GitHub, X-Ray search, and Stack Overflow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of 80,000 - 120,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.
