Order Management Specialist with Italian
You will be interacting with customers, company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about company’s products or services.
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
- Act as the main point of contact on a daily basis, directly responsible for managing customer accounts
- Review contracts for orders and schedules, and enter them into the SAP system
- Accelerate or prioritize orders upon request
- Handle requests for quotations
- Process customer returns
- Investigate credit and debit inquiries, and issue credit/debit as needed
- Conduct regular reviews with your account base to discuss on-time delivery, backlog, and other support issues
- Review, act on, and issue all relevant order-related reports
- Address technical inquiries from customers by utilizing the intranet technical reference and providing alternative solutions using available resources
- Proactively follow up on quotations
