Global Order Management Specialist with German Responsibilities

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reviewing contracts, and processing orders. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and service representatives to handle pre-sales and post-sales services. Your tasks will include accelerating or prioritizing orders, handling requests for quotations, processing customer returns, investigating credit and debit inquiries, and issuing credit/debit as needed.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Customer Service and fluency in German. Additionally, they should possess good time management and prioritization skills, as well as problem-solving skills and negotiation abilities. A proactive and organized approach is also essential for success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
