Position competencies

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software services sector
  • English level C1 (spoken and written)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of IT market trends and software development services
  • Result-oriented
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to achieve goals independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with working in at least one CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Flexibility to adapt to client needs, including occasional meetings outside of standard working hours

Nice to have

  • Experience in software development or a solid understanding of the development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with marketing and PR practices
  • Experience in participating in trade shows, industry events, and other business development activities 

MILO is a privately owned company which has been founded in 2010 and since then completely focused on developing innovative cross-platform desktop, mobile and web applications. We started as a group of highly qualified software engineers, developing desktop and embedded applications using Qt framework. Currently we are also supporting Mobile iOS/Android and Django web application development.

Recruitment Process Stages

  • Screening Interview: In this stage, we will assess if your approach and past experiences align with our ideology. If you meet our criteria, you will be invited for a technical interview.
  • Technical task: record a short video, no longer than 3 minutes, answering our questions.
  • Technical Interview: Before we proceed, we would like to evaluate your technical skills.
  • Project Manager Interview: Our Project Manager will have a conversation with you to assess your fit for the role.
