We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Business Development Representative to join our team at Elastic Cloud Solutions Sp. z o. o. in Białystok, Poland.
About the Role:- Actively acquire new clients in the Polish and international markets.
- Verify leads and identify prospects through multiple channels.
- Participate in presentations and live demos alongside senior team members.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Support the preparation of sales offers for SMB and Enterprise customers.
- Help build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Report activities and results in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Strong goal-oriented mindset and motivation by results.
- Ability to organize work with guidance and manage time effectively.
- Option to work remotely or in our Białystok office.
- Flexible cooperation terms.
- Full-time work on a B2B contract.
