Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management, compliance, or a similar role, ideally in a multinational or consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tax compliance software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

We are currently seeking a highly responsible, trustworthy, and experienced individual to join our rapidly expanding global team as a Tax and Compliance Manager.

Role Overview

The Tax and Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the organization’s tax strategy, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and mitigating tax risks. This position will involve collaboration with various departments, regulatory bodies, and external consultants to support the company’s financial health and ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards.

,[1.Taxation: , Develop and implement the company’s global tax strategy to ensure efficiency and compliance with applicable tax laws. , Prepare, review, and file accurate tax returns (corporate, VAT/GST, payroll, etc.) within stipulated deadlines. Prepare TP documentation, memos, and policy documents. , Oversee and ensure compliance with local, state, and international regulatory requirements. , Develop and maintain a robust corporate compliance framework and policy documents , Design and conduct regular compliance audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. , 3.
